2-D Gargoyle Reflection 2/23/12
1. Evaluate: I think the strong parts of my sculpture are the eyes because they stand out and show emotion.
2. Evaluate: I think I could have done better with my sculpture by uniformity because the sides are thinner than the front.
3. The eyes, eyebrows and mouth show its happy emotion because they stick out and are raised up.
4. The form of my gargoyle is cylindrical because it helps push up the different features showing emotion.
5. The eyes are emphazized to help it stick out and bring attention to the face.
6. Metacognate: I learned from this project that patience is key to getting things better and having more unity.
7: Evaluate: I set out to create my gargoyle to make a robot. It ended up turning into a more humanoid form.
8. This project is a worthwhile project that should continue. To improve for the future giving more examples of different styles of gargoyle designs can help students think of ideas.
